Dal-Air History

Founded in Dallas as Dal-Air Tool Co. in 1966 by Oren Northcutt, Dal-Air relocated to Point TX in 1969 and began business as Dal-Air Investment Castings Co. in 1973 as business began more oriented to the investment casting business.

In 2007, with the retirement of Oren Northcutt, the business was sold to Cathy Rhodes, Sales Manager, who brought on a new management team including Technical Director Robert Jordan and Operations Director Steve Rhodes.

The facility has experienced growth in the investment casting business requiring expansion of its facility in 1995 and again in 2002.

In 2007, the company directed efforts to ISO certification and is currently ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Dal-Air Investment Castings has earned a strong reputation as a reliable supplier of quality investment castings and continues efforts in total improvement programs throughout its operations.
