Cathy Rhodes

Cathy is President, CEO and CFO of Dal-Air Investment Castings, Inc.

During her 30 years in manufacturing, she has been involved in quality control, testing, production, customer service and sales. She has been in the Investment Casting Industry for 25 years. She has worked as the quality control inspector, Quality and Shipping Supervisor, customer service and sales coordinator, production manager and Sales and Quality Manager, and Assistant General Manager.

Cathy and Steve Rhodes purchased Dal-Air Castings from the original owner in March of 2007.

Steve Rhodes

Steve is the Vice President, Chief Operations Director and co-owner of Dal-Air Investment Castings.

Steve has worked in the manufacturing industry for 35 years. He has worked in the Investment Casting Industry since purchasing the company in 2007. Steve’s background includes machine shop operations, CNC programming and IT operations.

Robert Jordan

Robert Jordan is the Technical Director for Dal-Air Investment Castings.

Robert is responsible for Engineering, Quality and Quotations. Robert has 33 years experience in the Investment Casting Industry. He graduated from East Texas State University with a B.S. degree in marketing and management.

Robert joined Dal-Air in 2007.

Laura Lennon

Laura is the Human Resources and Finance Manager of Dal-Air Investment Castings, Inc.

Laura is responsible for accounting, human resources, purchasing and also does the duties of receptionist.

Laura has worked for Dal-Air since 1997 when she completed her B.S. degree at Texas A&M University -Commerce. Laura has worked in the Finance dept since joining the company.

Judy Lance

Judy Lance is the Customer Service Manager and Sales Coodinator of Dal-Air Investment Castings.

Judy is responsible for inside sales and customer service and takes care of all secondary processes such as heat treat, plating, powder coating and testing routing.

Prior to Dal-Air her background was computer technology which she did for 17 years, as co-owner of a retail computer store.

Judy has been with Dal-Air since 2004 and has worked in the sales department since joining the company.

Bart Nalls

Bart Nalls is the Quality Control Manager for Dal-Air Investment Castings.

Bart has the responsibility for all Quality and Shipping procedures at Dal-Air and has accumulated over 30 years experience in manufacturing and quality control in various positions.

Bart is certified to level II MPI Inspection and is a Certified Investment Casting Specialist.

Bart has 19 years experience in the Investment Casting Industry.

Steve Wallen

Steve Wallen is the Materials Manager for Dal-Air Investment Castings.

Steve’s responsibilities include inventory management and material certification. He also is responsibile for MPI level II inspection and performs chemical analysis.

Steve has 9 years experience in the Investment Casting Industry. Prior to materials management, Steve was a pouring technician at Dal Air.

Steve holds an associate’s degree in Sociology and an associate’s degree in University Studies. Steve is a veteran having served as a Sergeant in the United States Army.
